Account and signup

  • How do I create an account?

    Sign up in under a minute with Apple, Google, or email, from the iOS app or the website. The first course is free, no credit card required.

  • I forgot my password, what do I do?

    On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". You'll get an email with a reset link. If you use Apple or Google, your provider manages your credentials.

  • How do I delete my account?

    From the app: Profile → My account → Delete my account. All your data (courses, quizzes, flashcards, progress) is removed for good, at no cost.

Courses and content

  • What formats can I import?

    A photo (single shot or multi-page), a PDF, a screenshot, or text typed directly. The AI reads handwriting. For best results: decent lighting and a legible text.

  • My scan isn't working, what should I do?

    Check the lighting and make sure the text is readable. If it still fails, import a PDF or photo from your gallery. Still stuck? Email us at contact@wizidoo.com with a screenshot.

  • How long until a course is ready?

    Anywhere from a few seconds to 2-3 minutes depending on size. You can close the app while it generates, we notify you when it's ready.

  • Is there a size limit per course?

    No hard limit, but for best results we recommend chapters under 50 pages. You can import several documents into the same course.

Devices and offline

  • Which devices is Wizidoo on?

    iPhone and iPad via the iOS app, and on the web from any browser (desktop, phone, tablet). An Android version is coming soon.

  • Does it work without internet?

    Importing and AI generation need a connection (the AI runs in the cloud). Once a course is ready, you can review your loaded quizzes and flashcards offline.

Payment and subscriptions

  • Is Wizidoo paid?

    The first course is free, no credit card. After that, the yearly Wizidoo Premium plan unlocks everything, with a 7-day free trial. The same subscription covers up to 3 children and 2 parents. Price and details on the Pricing page.

  • How do I cancel?

    One tap from your App Store account settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the paid period.

  • How do I get a refund?

    Apple handles payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple usually replies within 48 hours.

  • My payment was declined, what now?

    Check your payment method in App Store Settings. If your account is valid, contact Apple Support or email us at contact@wizidoo.com.

Family pack (parents)

  • How does the family pack work?

    The family pack is included in the yearly Wizidoo Premium subscription. One parent subscribes, up to 3 children and 2 parents share the same subscription. Each child gets full access, the parent tracks mastery, receives weekly reports, and a dashboard surfaces weak spots. Price and details on the Pricing page.

  • My child already has an account, how do I link it?

    From the app, the parent opens the family area and adds the child via email or a pairing code. The child accepts from their own account.

Privacy and security

  • Are my courses used to train an AI?

    No. Your courses are never shared or used to train any model. They only generate your personal content.

  • How do I delete my data?

    From Profile → My account → Delete my account. All associated data (courses, quizzes, flashcards, stats) is permanently removed.
